Large Quantity Orders

Prices

We reserve the right to withdraw or change the price of any item without notice.

Production Time

• Standard Orders: 7 working days for average orders produced at Awards by Hammond.
• External Production: Items not produced in our plant are subject to the manufacturer’s schedule.

Rush Charges

• Awards by Hammond Products: No rush charges (except for rush freight or charges from outside factories).

Catalog Items

All sizes, heights, and colors are approximate. Awards by Hammond reserves the right to substitute items without notice.

Taxes

Customers are liable for any and all federal, state, and local taxes. A tax number and certificate must be supplied for any exemptions.

Credit Information

• Payment Terms: All orders are C.O.D. unless a credit application has been approved.
• Credit Limits: May vary by account.
• Minimum Billing: $25.00 minimum. $5.00 service charge for orders less than the minimum ($12.00 absolute minimum).
• Payment Terms: Net 30 days. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annum) will be added if not paid in full within 30 days. Minimum finance charge is $0.50.

Downpayment

All orders are subject to full or partial payment in advance at the discretion of Awards by Hammond.

Customer Items

Awards by Hammond is not responsible for work done on or with items not purchased from us, or for changes made to already completed orders. Pricing for mounting, engraving, or altering customer items will be quoted individually.

Engraving/Lettering

• Flexibility: Reasonable latitude for styles and setups is allowed.
• Extra Charges: May apply for specific customer requests at our discretion.

Signs/Name Badges

Non-standard colors or styles are subject to additional charges.

Set-Up Charges

Charges for set-up (e.g., screens, embroidery tapes, logos) are provided by quotation. All setup materials remain the property of Awards by Hammond, Inc.

Artwork

• Customer-Provided Artwork: Must be sharp, color-separated, black and white, and camera-ready to size.
• Charges: Vary with the complexity of the layout if not supplied with the order.

Engraving/Lettering Submission

Engraving/lettering must be clear, legible, and correctly spelled. Awards by Hammond is not responsible for errors in phoned-in, faxed, handwritten, or illegible submissions.

Shipping

• C.O.D. Shipments: Add $10.00 per shipment.
• Drop/Split Shipments: Priced by quote.
• Insurance: Available upon request, charges added to invoice.
• Handling Charges: Added to invoice.
• Freight Charges: Applied for items not produced at Awards by Hammond. Routing instructions will be followed whenever possible, but shipment will be made in the best and cheapest way according to our judgment. We are not responsible for carriers or en route delays. All claims (damage, delay, or loss) should be filed promptly by the purchaser with the carrier at delivery.

Over/Under Runs

Applies mainly to ad-specialty items. We aim to ship the exact quantity ordered, but reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under the amount ordered and bill accordingly.

Minimums

All orders are subject to minimum quantities and pricing.

Re-Order Prices

Re-orders are priced according to new quantity and minimums.

Trademark Usage

Products and logos shown in the catalog are to illustrate basic products and customization capabilities, not to suggest that the imprints were designed by our company or are available without permission from the trademark or copyright owners. All customer-submitted material is accepted as being in compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademarks, copyrights, and other protections. The customer agrees to hold Awards by Hammond harmless from any damages, costs, or expenses arising from the use of submitted materials.
